Optional: purchase both weekends and crop FREE Sunday, January 12th,  4pm - Wednesday, January 15 -- just pay extra hotel stay (Sun. -Wed.)  

If not paying for both weekends but wish to crop some during the week. you would pay a $35 per day fee to crop & hotel.

Crop around the clock if you like, keeping your supplies set up the entire time! 

Crop Fee ($165 per weekend) includes: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday plus 6' table space in the cropping room.

NON-Refundable/Non-Transferable Deposit ONLY $50.00 per person and will reserve your spot.

Balance will need to be paid in full by 12/1/24 or your spot is open to anyone who wants to join us.

There is a $25 late fee (no exceptions)
